Thirty-seven Weeks
Today makes 37 weeks and 1 day… Less than 2 weeks left…
I’m extremely self-conscious about being huge, having stretch marks, and all the other “lovely” side effects of pregnancy. I was with Emma and this time is no different! Even with being as self-conscious as I am, it hit me today how small a price it really is.
I can’t wait until he’s here… Not because I’ll be one step closer to sleeping on my stomach again. Ok… maybe that, too… = )
I just can’t wait to hold him.
On a side note, I’m really happy with how this turned out! When I had my “epiphany” this morning, I tried my hand at a self-portrait. I’m so glad I did! I don’t really take pictures of myself very often, nor do I enjoy being in front of the camera… It’s nice to know that even though self-portraits aren’t my favorite, sometimes they’re exactly what I need.
